Welcome to the web site of St. John’s Church, Port Ellen. Whether you are a regular at St. John’s or just checking us out, our web site should give you the information that you need to let you know what’s going on and how you might get connected. St.John’s Church is part of the Presbyterian  Church of Scotland but our congregation is made up of people from many church backgrounds and none. Our Mission Statement: “As gifted by the Father, and following the leading of His Spirit, we seek the building up of Christ’s church in love, reaching out with the Good News of Jesus Christ to the community of Port Ellen and beyond, all for God’s glory”.

We meet on Sunday mornings at 11.30am and we usually have a Family Service on the first Sunday of the month. 

St John’s Church is in the Parish of Kildalton and Oa which is linked with  The Round Church ,  Bowmore and the Parish of Kilarrow
